Perhaps stuck in patterns that you’re not proud of and wondering why you’re behaving the way you are? Whether you’re facing challenges in your relationships and can’t quite communicate your way out of them or struggling with identifying and processing emotions from events past. Please know that you are normal and whole just as you are. But I get it. I also get how daunting reaching out for help can feel. I work mainly from an IFS parts model, recognizing that as humans, we are complex and adaptive. Rather than seeing negative thoughts or reactions as flaws, I view them as survival mechanisms shaped by experience. That these maladaptive responses aren’t signs of weakness but resilience. By acknowledging and working with these parts, we can foster healing.

My goal is to take feelings of intimidation out of therapy, that sometimes scary feeling of being analyzed by a professional doesn’t always work for everyone.
